Concession & protection of minors

The right to carry out the draws according to §§ 6 to 12b of the Austrian Gaming Act is an exclusive right of the federal government. The Austrian Lotteries Society m.b.H. (based in Vienna, registered in the commercial register of the Vienna Commercial Court under FN 54472 g) is entitled to hold these games in accordance with the license granted by the federal government. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed to participate in Austrian Lotteries products. Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from purchasing Eurobons and eEurobons.
